The excuse of healthy eating being expensive, time-consuming and just hard has somewhat become mundane. Eating clean, healthy, whole-foods has been spreading globally and so naturally people all around the world are always coming up with creative ways to make healthy eating much easier.

Here are some tips and hacks to make cleaning eating easy.

 

Eat frozen fruit when you are craving something sweet 

Grapes when frozen don’t freeze rock hard but keep a creamy texture like a popsicle. Spread out grapes on a flat plate, freeze, then store in an air-tight container. They will satisfy your worst sugar craving-guaranteed.

 

Opt for mustard instead of ketchup

Ketchup is highly processed and packed with sugar and preservatives. Opt for mustard instead as it offers a more nutritious value.

Spread avocado on your toast instead of cheese

Use avocado instead of cheese on your toast for a more nutrient dense and healthier spread.

Instead of waiting for your almonds to soak overnight to make almond milk, use almond butter for a quick fix. Add 1 tablespoon of almond butter for every cup of water and blend on high speed for 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
