Puffy eyes can be caused by several factors including not getting enough sleep or consuming too much salt in your diet. They can also appear because of allergies or even PMS. Whatever the reason, they can be a real bummer so here are some natural ways that you can treat them:

 

As Cliche As It May Sound..

Putting two cool slices of cucumber on your eyes will instantly cool them down and reduce the puffiness. Leave them on for about 20 minutes.

Tea Bags

Save up your used tea bags and put them in the freezer for a bit before applying them to your eyes. Leave them on for 20 minutes and your eyes will feel instantly refreshed.

Spoons

Pop a couple of clean metal spoons in the freezer, take them out after they cool down and apply them to your eyes. Leave them on for a few minutes.

Egg whites

Separate the egg white from the yolk and apply it on your puffy undereyes. Let it sit and then wash it off. The skin tightening properties of the whites should decrease the puffiness.

Rose Water

Soak two cotton balls with rose water then pop them in the freezer for a few minutes. Apply them to the puffy eye areas for a few minutes and that should soothe the puffiness a bit.
