Make this your healthiest visit yet!

Seventh StarSeventh Star
Lines on weekend days can be pretty rough at Seventh Star. But for good reason. It’s the most convenient spot to indulge in delicious sandwiches, wraps, salads and fresh juices for both breakfast and lunch. Order their fresh orange juice along with their pesto chicken sandwich wrapped in whole wheat bread for a very wholesome meal. Their vegetarian omelet is pretty out of this world too.
Sea Salt Bakery

seasaltSea Salt Bakery creates gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free breads and snacks. The Hurghada based bakery makes all of their products with natural sugars and their flours are made from quinoa, almond, brown rice and coconuts. You don’t have to be a gluten free eater to enjoy their goods though. If you enjoy eating fresh, healthy and good quality food then that’s more than enough to indulge in these tasty treats. Visit Sea Salt Bakery’s Facebook and Instagram pages for more.
SaigonSaigon 7534The concept behind Saigon is sharing – a tasting-driven selection of small portions that are meant to be shared in order to experience the menu in full. Adding the best value to your dining experience, there are plenty of healthy options on their menu. We recommend the veggie spring rolls (they’re not fried!) and a chicken salad (always order dressing on the side) as a starters. The chicken coconut, their most famous fish platter and their steamed veggie rice are our go-to entrees. Bring friends and family along for the delicious ride!
Chez ChantalChez ChantalThe coziest spot in Gouna, Chez Chantal is a must to dine at. Expect only the exceptional here – quality steak and great fish specials on the menu made with clean, fresh ingredients. We recommend you order the fish special of the day as it is always the freshest. But avoid their buttery sauces and instead order their lemon vinaigrette on the side. If you are not a seafood foodie, definitely go for the chicken skewers with the curry sauce dip and a side of basmati rice and grilled veggies. Don’t forget to bring your cash as they do not accept credit cards!
Il GelatoIce creamLooking for the best reward after making all these healthy decisions during your vacation? Il Gelato is the only shop in Gouna selling homemade Italian gelato. It’s the best of both worlds – a delicious dessert made from only the most natural, all-natural ingredients. Our favorite flavors are lemon, almond, misteeka and mango, which tastes like you’re eating an actual mango! Taste test all the flavors and when you decide which one is right for you, take it in a cup to go. Strolling along the marina is our favorite way to enjoy our gelato.
