Sweet Potato Chips

Sweet potato chips is one of the easiest snack recipes you can make. Whether you are making it for your kids (as an alternative for the highly processed chips) or for yourself to snack on while watching a movie. They are crispy, tasty, yummy, and just full of flavor! There is a trick to baking them so crispy as if they are fried: keep your oven at 200 degrees, flip the chips halfway to make sure they become crispy on both sides.



2 large sweet potatoes

1-2 tbsp coconut oil

cinnamon (optional)


Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Rinse and dry the sweet potatoes

Slice them as thin as you want them to be using a knife or a vegetable peeler.

Spread the oil on the chips using a pastry brush

Place them on an oven chips tray (you don’t have to flip them if you use the oven chips tray) or on a baking sheet in any oven tray and flip at least once or twice to ensure crispiness on both sides.

Remove once they are crispy on both sides and golden brown
