TDC Picks: Five Healthy Dishes From Five Restaurants in Cairo

The struggle of eating out isn’t as real as we’ve come to think. Almost all restaurants or cafes have an array of healthy meals or snacks if you take the time to look for them and ask for a few adjustments here and there.

Ask for a side of veggies instead of fries, check if your omelet can be made with olive oil instead of butter or for the creamy sauce to be removed from your dish.

We’ve gathered five already healthy dishes from five different places across Cairo to help you eat out.
