in #triedandtested/Cardio/Move by
Finding the right gym is a lot like finding a favorite restaurant. You know, your go-to place that you can’t spend time away from. Where everyone knows your name, your order and you feel very much at home. A good gym should keep you coming back for more in a very similar way. Satisfying you on so many levels that you can’t help but always be hungry for more. Especially when you’re on vacation and barely have any enthusiasm to be breaking a sweat indoors.

Boasting spectacular views of El Gouna’s Marina, LAX Gymnasium & Lounge makes working out fly by and happens to be one of those gyms – the right kind of gym. From all the sunshine lighting the space up, to crisp, clean and advanced machines and stations, not to mention a friendly and very welcoming staff, and the added benefit of world class instructors, LAX could very well be a home away from home taking exercise to the next level – a level of serious comfort and enjoyment.

LAX is open daily from 8 AM to 9 PM, perfect for a pre-beach session or post-beach, right before dinner workout. LAX is never overly crowded – the space is spacious enough for visitors to keep to their workouts, moving around freely, making for a very relaxing environment. Staff members are always on site ready to answer any questions or concerns and even spot you if like. LAX also offers an exciting schedule of in-house classes including spinning and Tae Bo. Visit their Facebook page for more.

We believe summer essentials should go beyond the beach. Whether you take any one of their challenging classes or make personal training a priority, you will definitely be equipped with all the right moves to master your fitness game at LAX. And after trying and testing LAX Gymnasium & Lounge, El Gouna, we’re giving you our approval to go ahead and give this place a go.
