The most challenging part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle for me personally is balancing a social life. Every outing, gathering, and even work meeting generally revolves around food. And quite frankly being the spoilsport who is only going to have a green tea while everyone else digs into their cheesecakes and chocolate brownies, things can get very old very quickly.
Learning to be healthy without sacrificing your social life is a full time job. It takes time and a conscious effort but there’s always a way. Don’t give up on a healthy lifestyle or say no to an outing – train your mind to make good, healthy choices!
