We all have our on and off days. Some days we feel like getting up early, going for a morning run, and by the time you’ve had your morning coffee you’ve ticked off a sizeable amount of your to-do list. Other days, however, we snooze the alarm four times and at work we’re looking at the screen but not much else is going on. We recommend setting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals. Having a set target that you are working towards will help you stay focused on that specific target with the right mind-set. Always remember that highly successful people don’t make excuses – they find ways to overcome any boundaries because they have a vision and nothing is going to stop them before they get to it.
