Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

4 Yellow ripe bananas (peeled and frozen whole)

4 avocados ripe but not too soft or too hard

1 tbs Honey

1 cup Fresh or frozen berries

1/2 cup Almond milk

1-2 tbs Chia seeds

1-2 tbs Flaxseeds

1-2 tbs Pumpkin seeds

1 handful Fresh mixed berries

1 handful Mint leaves

Directions

Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth, scoop it into a bowl, garnish it with seeds , fresh berries, mint leaves and dig in.
