Ingredients

1 count Frozen Banana

1 cup frozen berries (strawberries or raspberries)

1/2 cup Quick whole oats (cooked)

1 cup Liquid of choice (water or almond milk)

Directions

Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in 1/2 cup oats and reduce heat to medium; cook for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, cover and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.

Blend banana, berries, and water or milk together until smooth. Pour into a glass with the oats and add whole frozen berries on top. Serve cold.
