If you're looking to kick up your protein intake and reduce processed sugars, this new twist on the traditional chocolate chip cookie will help you get started. Additionally, If you want even lower-calorie and lower-fat cookies use oats instead of flaked coconut, almonds or walnuts instead of pecan nuts, and cocoa powder instead of chocolate chips.
