Oats contain two types of fibre, soluble and insoluble. Soluble fibre has been shown to decrease ‘bad’ cholesterol levels in our body while insoluble fibre adds bulk to the diet, making us feel fuller for longer and decrease constipation. Dark chocolate contains a range of different health benefits, from heart health, stress relief, to anti-aging and antioxidant effects. And together they make one unforgettable combo.
