This recipe is easy, tasty and can be enjoyed with coffee or by adding it to recipes as a dairy substitute.

1 cup Cashewnuts

3 cups Water

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

3 count Cardamom

3 count Dates

1 pinch Ginger


To make this recipe you need a blender or food processor.

Soak 1 cup of Cashewnuts in 3 cups of water for 4 hours.

Strain the Cashewnuts and put them in the blender.

Add Cinnamon, peeled Cardamom, Dates, and the dash of Ginger.

Mix in the blender until it becomes of a creamy texture.

Store in the fridge for a maximum of 3 days.
