1 cup cooked freek
1 cup raw peas
1/4 cup green onions
3 cups lettuce
Soak freek in water (helps with digestion) for 1 hour.
Heat a medium size saucepan over medium heat and add the freek. Toast in the dry pan, stirring, 3-5 min. Then add 2 cups of water and salt and bring to a boil.
Dressing: in a blender, mix 1 garlic clove, 3 tbsp water, 3 tbsp olive oil, juice of 1/2 a lemon, 1 tsp honey, pinch of salt, 2 handfuls cilantro
