

Kale Chips

Snacking on these crispy green chips is a nice and easy way to eat more greens.
Directions
Preheat oven to 170 C. Remove the kale from stems and tear leaves into large pieces.
In a bowl, massage kale leaves with olive oil (enough to coat, about 2 – 3 tablespoons).
Place kale in an even layer on baking sheet. Transfer to oven and bake until crisp, about 10 –12 minutes.
Keep an eye on chips as they’re baking – they can burn easily.
