2 medium or one large banana

1 cup of almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp Apple cider vinegar (ACV)

3 tbs coconut oil

Pinch of salt


Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, set aside.

Blend bananas and milk in a blender until smooth.

Add it gradually to the dry mixture, mixing well.

Then add ACV, vanilla, and oil.

Let the mixture stand for 5 min then cook on a nonstick pan.
