Oat Pancakes

Fluffy pancakes that are both gluten and dairy free!



1 cup Oatmeal Flour

1/2 cup Almond Milk

1/2 cup Water

2 Whole Eggs

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Pinch of Salt


Brush a pan with coconut oil.

Mix all ingredients together, then pour into pan to make 2-3 pancakes.

Top with some drizzled honey and fresh fruit.
