Simple, traditional and oh so good (for you too). Parsley has high vitamin levels to keep your immune system in check, it boosts kidney function and helps with flushing out toxins and can lower blood pressure if consumed regularly. As with all greens, buy organic parsley when possible to keep this salad recipe extra clean!



4 Bunches of parsley

1/2 Bunch of mint

4 Green onions

5 Tomatoes

3 tsp Bulgur

Lettuce for garnish

1 1/4 tsp Salt

1/3 cup Olive oil

1/3 cup Lemon juice


Wash the vegetables

Chop finely the parsley, mint, tomato, green onions.

Soak the wheat bulgur in lemon juice.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Top with the lemon, oil and salt dressing to taste.
