The Most Stylish Ramadan Wardrobe Staples

Ramadan is one of the most anticipated months in the Arab world, where family and friends meet over iftar and suhoor. So, take the opportunity this year to add a twist to your style to match the holy month. I know getting dressed for Ramadan gatherings can be very stressful, but look at the bright side: you don’t have to go shopping. Below you’ll find outfit inspirations from pieces you most likely already have in your closet.

Kimono

The best thing about the kimono is that you can dress it up or down depending on how you wear it. Add a statement necklace and pair it with black pants for a polished look, or pair it with denim and street ready footwear for an off duty chic look.

Wide Leg Pants

Maxi Dress

When wearing a maxi dress you don’t have to worry about pairing it with anything, just add accessories and get going! Maxi dresses look good on anybody and are appealing patterned or plain.

Maxi Skirt

What I love about a maxi skirt is that you can wear it over and over with many different tops to achieve a different look each time. Mix and match by going for simpler tops with print maxi skirts and bright tops and prints with solid skirts.

Tunic Top

Shawl or Wrap

You can either wrap it around your body and make it play the role of the top , put it over your shoulders and wrap a belt around it to add a twist to your top, or simply wrap it around your bag for a different look .  You can never go wrong with a print scarf to spice things up and add a burst of color!
